At Rainbow Tree Psychology, we know that when a child or teen struggles, the whole family is affected. We’re to help parents who need to gain clarity, reduce conflict, and strengthen the connection with their child.

When Counselling for Parents Can Help

We’re parents ourselves, so we get how hard it is to always know what to do in any given situation. Our clinic is a judgement-free zone. Most parents are doing the best they can, with the tools they have available, what we can do is sometimes just identify ways that may work better, with less strain on you. We understand how difficult it can be to coordinate schedules. Parenting support sessions are flexible and focused entirely on your needs and goals.

  • Individual Parent Sessions: These sessions are just for you. They allow us to focus entirely on your questions, concerns, and personal well-being without your child present.
  • Co-Parent Sessions: We can work with both parents or caregivers to establish a unified and consistent approach to supporting your child.
